UberEmployers.com was born out of an idea. Rather than another job search website, Uber was created to provide candidates with a real sense of what it’s like to work for a specific employer. Our aim is to address both the cultural and the commercial aspects of working for a specific company.

What it's like to work there

We were frustrated, if you want to know the truth. There are plenty of great websites where you can find out about an employer’s needs and the requirements of a specific job. But until now, there hasn’t been a website that allows you to find out the low-down on what it’s really like to work there, including the information that’s important to you as a job seeker or employee. That’s what we’re all about – matching job seekers up with the employer that’s right for them – one that they’ll love and really want to call home.
