I’m so lucky to have a place to work like this that is fun. I enjoy every day I work here and the customers tell me it shows.

Reasons for working at Quality Greens: The team I work with every day gives me a lot back. Everyone brings something different to the table so even though we don’t necessarily think the same, we still work towards the same goals. That’s delivering great customer service.

My Bosses: Chris and Lisa are a husband and wife team. They have worked very hard over the years to maintain a ‘family’ feel even though the business has grown. When you work within that environment you don’t have bad days.

Co-Workers: We all get along well. I find there is plenty of work to go around so there is always a good energy in the store because all of us are hustling.

Defining moment of choosing to work here: I worked with human resources manager in a previous role and needed change from my old job. So I contacted her as she had told me that whenever I needed to make a move she would take me. Guess what? She took me in…

The Flat side: No matter how hard we work there is always more to get done in that store. Whew!

Why I still like it here? Because I spend over 90% of my life at work, I’m so lucky to have a place like this that is fun. I enjoy every day I work here and the customers tell me it shows.
